BigWig Tourism provides vehicle hire/rental with professional drivers, hotel booking assistances, and flight ticket booking/enquiry assistance. All services are subject to availability. Bookings are confirmed upon payment or explicit WhatsApp confirmation.
3. Payments and Rates
All pricing is quoted in Indian Rupees (INR / Rs). Pricing is subject to change based on seasonal availability, fuel price shifts, and government taxes. Specific booking deposits and cancellation charges are outlined clearly at the time of final confirmation.
4. User Conduct and Responsibility
You agree to provide true, accurate, and current information when submitting enquiries. For car bookings, users must behave respectfully toward the assigned professional driver and must not engage in any illegal activities while using our vehicles.
5. Limitation of Liability
BigWig Tourism is not liable for delayed flights, missed connections, hotel standard discrepancies, or unexpected road traffic disruptions. We facilitate reservations with professional standards but are not liable for airline cancellations or hotel overbookings.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, images, layout designs, and text featured on this site are the intellectual property of BigWig Tourism. Copying, republishing, or redistribution of this content without written authorization is strictly prohibited.
7. Governing Law
These terms and any agreement relating to our services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, under the jurisdiction of the courts of Madurai, Tamil Nadu.
